PUR Cosmetics lust worthy lips



When the most awesome beauty package arrives at your door, you can't help but feel like a kid with a new toy when you open it up. 12 shades of happiness. A big thank you to PUR Cosmetics, a high end beauty line with a lovely selection of products. These became available to ulta and their website earlier this year and I feel aweful that I have not had the time to share them with you all till now.


PUR Cosmetics lustworthy lips includes 6 velvet matte liquid lipsticks and 6 chrome glaze lip glosses, and a universal lip liner.

Oh bae on the lips. These velvet matte liquid lipsticks have a formula that is very similar to a mousse. They feel light on the lips, don't dry your lips, and they last quite a while. They do transfer.

And my favorite shade out of the 6 colors is Fbf.  If I have to recommend one shade that goes well for every day looks or a night out is this flattering one.


The formula is amazing. If you don't like the dry feeling you normally get from liquid lipsticks you will most likely love these. The texture feels like butter to the lips. When I wear them I just cant help rubbing my lips together to feel that smoothness. They are so comfy.

PUR  Universal Lip liner


They also included a universal lip liner that is non tinted. (They have three other shades available as well). This one is called see through. It primes and lines the lips so that the lipstick stays in place, last longer, and doesn't feather. This lip liner also contains a plumping peptide to create the appearance of a fuller lip. It feels soft to the touch and the neat part is every time  you screw the cap on it sharpens your pencil tip. How awesome is that?

DIY on the lips. This shade can wash you out alone. A dark lip liner would work best with this lip gloss unless you really are going for that look. I also made the mistake of not taking my foundation off before applying. If you do let it settle in after applying the color is not too bad.


Smarty pants on the lips. My favorite shade of the bunch. This toned down coral is perfect for the spring and summer. If you love a high shine lip gloss these are perfect for you. Lightly sticky at first, a little thick as well, and they smell yummy ( Like candy). They do last quite a while and the pigmentation is definitely there.



Obsessed velvet matte topped with heart breaker chrome gloss makes the perfect summer, fun, girly shade. Surprisingly it didn't feel as thick as I thought it would. I love that you can combine both the glaze and matte shades to create a more popping gloss if I may call it that. Haha!


In all if I were to rate these this is what I would give them:

Feel on the lips: 10 Velvet matte, 7 for the high shine gloss
lasting on the lips: 7 velvet matte, 8 for the high shine gloss
 Pigmentation: 10 velvet matte, 7 for the high shine gloss

Do check them out if you get the chance. I'm not sure if Ulta will have testers on these in stores. If they do don't pass on trying the velvet mattes. I absolutely love them and find myself reaching for them very often. That's all for now but don't forget to subscribe with your email. Too Faced unicorn tears lipstick

      My first too faced lipstick. The price always pushes me away me from buying. But this specific lipstick had me frantically searching my local Ulta and Sephora. I got lucky at Ulta. For a $22 lipstick this is beautiful and totally worth it. At first glance you expect it would go on light blue right? Wrong!
