Wet N Wild Liquid Catsuit Lipsticks
Hey loves happy Thursday. I have noticed my most seen post happen to be those of the brand Wet N Wild. They are constantly bringing out so much it's getting a bit rough to bring out reviews on time. So I hope you don't mind this one is a little late since I did get my hands on these babies in the beginning of november. Wet n wild sneak peeked them on their snapchat I believe. Everyone went wild including me. I was just hecticly waiting for them to be released. Till they finally did and no other then at walgreens like always. And limited amounts too....like always!! Come on Wet N Wild get it together. Give us more.
These liquid lipstick babies are $4.99 each and are currently available online. I will leave the link here. I have not seen them in store anymore but who knows if they may make a comeback with them and maybe with some new shades too. Please Wet N Wild. Their are 13 shades available. They range from nude to pink, to red, to burgundy. I picked up as many as I could but honestly the good ones like rebel rose where gone. Darn!!
Swatched from left to right is Nudie patootie, nudist peach, Goth topic, and nice to fuscia. I picked up 4 then went back for another two after realizing how long lasting these were. Colourpop has nothing on these. They can be drying but what complete, non transferable matte isn't.
The red, Missy and fierce, in this collection was my favorite. It is a beautiful bold red. I went for a very glam holiday look when I put this shade on. (Shadows are all by Devinah cosmetics. )
In this look I paired nudie patootie (the lightest shade of the collection) with a fun purple eyeshadow from (idun minerals) this lipstick is a great nude but it can wash you out. I suggest using a darker lip liner underneath. Be sure to also exfoliate your lips and moisturize them before applying.
This vamp shade called goth topic, is right up my alley. I love dark shades, browns and burgundy are my favorite. I added a little highlight though I should have placed it before applying my lipstick. Oh well!
Nudist Peach takes my breath away. Such a lovely subtle peach shade. I must mention the formula of all shades is a thin one but you do not need to layer like other lipsticks because these are very pigmented in one swipe.
I cant decide!! they are all my favorite. Especially this lovely fuscia called Nice to fuscia. It is a very fun and bold color. I wore a fun eye look using (I want jesses Girl) fluid shadow on the lid and Morphe 35N palette on the crease.
And the final shade I am wearing today is a very bold pink, Oh my dolly. Never been a fan of pinks but this one reminds me of a Barbie pink and it just looks very fun for the summer time. I might be pulling this one out more often.
Well I hope you enjoyed the swatches and can wait to hear your thoughts on these. I definitely recommend them. They dry quickly, apply nicely, and don't transfer or come off easily. Be sure to have a good makeup remover on hand before purchasing. I hope you have an awesome day today and don't forget to leave any questions you may have below.
