Real Her Moisturizing Lipsticks

Hey Beauties. Today I am reviewing another lovely brand you may or may not have heard about. They are called Real her Cosmetics. I will leave the link here if you want to personally check them out. I was contacted  by Vicky to try out their lipsticks and then was sent these two lovely shades. So this review is on their Moisturizing lipsticks. They will also soon be carrying Liquid lipsticks but these babies are gorgeous. A little about this company is their thrive to empower women. 20% off their profits go to the American Association of University Women (AAUW) to support programs that empower women & girls. Such a unique cause you don't really hear about it but it is very important. As a woman, and mother it is very helpful to hear encouraging words and told encouraging things. It enables us to pick our selves up and continue to push forward.

 

 

The packaging of these lipsticks is plain but beautiful. A matte packaging in white and black. those quotes that you see on the sides are the shade names. Each shade name is an inspiring quote. The two shades I received are "I define beauty myself" and "I love myself". These lipsticks currently retail for $13 and they have 12 shades to choose from. I also love the printed brand name on the lipsticks themselves. They put thought into every part of these lipsticks.

 

 

The mauve shade on the left is "I define Beauty Myself" and on the right is "I love myself" These have a very creamy feel to them and they glide so nicely on the lips.

 

 

On the lips I am wearing the mauve shade. These lipsticks lasted around 6 hours but were very comfortable to wear. Very opaque and they do have a light scent I can not quite describe but once applied it goes away.

  

On the lips I am wearing the nude shade. This shade almost washed me out so I added a lip liner in a deep mauve shade from wet n wild to help create this soft nude. It also gave my  lips the illusion of a fuller lip. It Is very pretty in person.

 

Here is a look I created using the nude shade. I decided to go with a natural look. Its a perfect color for everyday wear and they are so comfortable on the lips you even forget you are wearing a lipstick.
