Bite Beauty Holiday Sets
Hey loves. The holidays are quickly approaching. Do you have your wish list ready? Do you have any ideas what you are gifting? I want to share two lovely sets that are affordable and would make great stocking stuffers for both makeup lovers a sister, mother, friend, or any other family or friend. These lipstick sets include mini lip products that come in lovely tin cans with attached mirrors. They are great for sticking in your purse and travelling with. The range of shades are perfect for both the older and younger generations.. Each set retails for $25 and comes with 4 shades. They are currently available in stores and online. I will leave the link here.
The Perfect Bite
The perfect bite set includes 4 of their lipstick shades in a miniature size. They are pretty tiny. They include 0.05 oz of product. The packaging is adorable and the shade ranges of lovely nudes and a burgundy shade. The size of the lipsticks make them very delicate so do be very careful when handling them. I had a red shade in the same miniature size as a Sephora point perk and when I finally got to swatch it the lipstick broke off. I fear the same will happen if to much pressure is applied. Other then that the lippies offer a chance for any person to try out the brand and find a favorite.
Above I swatched all four shades. Fig is described as a nude rose. Pepper is a dusty rose which I found it to be more of a mauve on my lips. Honey comb is described as a beige nude. And finally Nori is described as a deep brown- red. They all smell of their very well known citrus scent. They are very hydrating and comfortable on the lips and have a lasting time of 5-6 hours if you don't eat.
In the picture above I wore honey comb on the lips. It is a very soft nude and looks so lovely paired with a daring eye look. I found this shade to be my most favorite of the 4.
Best Bite Redux
This set is my most favorite and I have been looking forward to it since the first holiday makeup sets started popping out. Last year they released the same set but with different colors. This years included two reddish shades, a poppy pink, and a vamp lip. I would recommend this set for the more daring lip lover. Each crayon includes 0.03 0z of product and also comes in a tin with a mirror attached. Crayon type lipsticks are the easiest to apply and put away so it makes them one of my most favorite products.
Above I swatched all four shades. Truffle is a described as a deep brown but I personally see it as a deep burgundy. Orchid is exclusive to this set and described as a poppy pink. Red velvet is a rich deep red. and finally fraise is described as a jewel red. Both reds are almost similar but as you can see in the swatch Fraise is brighter. I have not tried all the lippies on but if you are interested in seeing how they look on the lips, You are welcomed to come check them out on My instagram @rubiredlipstick. Anyways beauties, Have a lovely rest of your week and thank you again for reading my blog today. More posts to come soon so don't forget to follow and subscribe.
