Walgreens Beauty Collection

 

Hey loves since we are already talking about Limited Edition Collections I thought I would throw in another Limited Collection. This one is only available to the U.S and can only be found in stores at

 Walgreens drugstores. Dates of when the collections are released are never specific dates. They are just randomly released as well as they are random choices of themes.

 

 

This September the Gotham Girls Collection was the theme. They released products from Harleyquinn, Catwoman, and batgirl. They had makeup bags, brush sets, and beauty items like highlighters a lip crayon set, Glitter eye shadow,  and of course the famous Beauty books. They did release the bags and brushes first so I was only able to get my hands on those. Some other ladies were lucky enough to get the entire collection.

 

 

  

They are not a specific brand that makes these. I feel that we have gotten some collections that come from wet n wild, elf, and recently the Gotham girls and Barbie collection contain the brand name soho. These collections are very affordable but I felt that since they first came out they have slowly raised the prices on some items. If  you are patient and lucky enough the collections do go on sale if not all items have sold out. I have purchased most of my collection at half price. A great bargain.

Im not sure how long this walgreens beauty collection will continue but They have brought out some great items. The beauty books Contain eye shadows, blushes, and even at times an eyeliner, brush and gloss.

The Cinderella collection was a very lovely one. They also had brought out a huge eye shadow palette I sadly did not get my hands on. Every collection is a new surprise. I like to keep myself posted by keeping an eye out on other beauty accounts or any informative accounts like @nouveaucheap who releases all information on new beauty products regularly.

The wonder Woman collection was also a highly anticipated one when it was said to hit store. I grabbed all that I could.

I also want to mention that most people love to collect and not so much use the items. Its a great must have if you are a collector. As far as quality You do get a few hits and some misses. I feel that for the price you really are not too disappointed. I've seen expensive holiday palettes be complete failures. I have had a few items compare to top quality products. I have noticed a few little sneak peaks of the next collection.. we may have a new set of villians this year. One of them being the Disney queen of hearts. yay!
