Colourpops new #ultrasatinlip

Hey loves happy Sunday. So I got around to purchasing three of the new ultra satin lip by colourpop. I told myself I would not get anything but I watched a couple of youtube videos and had to give in. As always you will notice I like to pick up two or three of each new product because you never know if product consistency differs with colors. And yup I was right on this one. First of all the range of colors they put out is gorgeous and It was a very hard choice deciding what color to choose. I went with the colors I was most likely to wear. Fricknfrack, prim, and tansy.

Frick n frack is a dark mauve. It sure did fool me. I was expecting a lighter color from the look of the tube shade and it applied darker. This one tended to migrate to the corners of my lips. Disclaimer: they all transfer very easily and some tend to shift all over the place. My teeth, outer corner of lips, fingers, and face if your not careful. I had to constantly keep checking in a mirror. As for the shade prim that one was the color that was most everywhere especially my teeth. Prim was a gorgeous vamp red.  Tansy was the one to move around the least and it was my most favorite color. A lighter orangy brown. If that makes sense. You can decide for yourself in my pics. I swatched them all below in natural indoor light. As well as on my lips. It was not all bad with these. I was very impressed with how long the color lasted. They were very pigmented. And even after countless snacks, breakfast, and lunch the color was still there. That was amazing for a non drying satin formula. They had a semi matte finish and felt comfortable on the lips. Overall I would grab a few more colors but I still prefer their ultra matte lips. Those are amazing. These were great. At $6 a piece they are worth the try.  Thanks again my beauties for reading my blog. Dont forget to subscribe please. And if you have any questions leave a comment below.

With so much going on I kind of have not made it a priority to bring you more reviews regularly. So I set a little time today to bring you a review on these lippies that were gifted to me by Covergirl Cosmetics.   Description on their site: Pump up your pout with this Melting Pout Liquid Lipstick. This matte liquid lipstick is infused with nourishing ingredients and glides on easily for a smooth finish. Add high impact, super rich color with a matte finish to your lips. Packaging is a clear tube with a small soft doe foot applicator.  The only problem with this is that you can not cover the entire lips with one swipe.  The applicator picks up little product and the darker shades require an extra layer or two ...
