February ipsy

Hey loves happy Sunday. Todays post is about one of my first and most favorite subscriptions, ipsy (click the link to check it out) Ipsy is a monthly subscription that cost $10 a month. You get 5 items, usually two or three full size. You take a survey once you sign up and they send you the products based on that survey. Almost everyones ipsy bag carries different items. They range from high end to new beauty lines to drugstore. I have loved every single one since I subscribed last year in march. They also have amazing deals every tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. Deals on beauty products from different brands and shipping is free on those. Once you recieve your bag you can fill out a quick survey and earn points on each product. Points that you can redeem on beauty products. So what are you waiting for click on the link and try a month out. I bet you will not regret it. Its a great way to try things out.

So.. review time! Ill start off with the item I liked the least. The ciate nailpolish. It worked well but I am not a fan of this color. I love a strong color or even a nude and this one just felt plain and boring. It came out like a washed out french tip color. It took three coats and did get a bit messy.
Next item I recieved is by trestique. This one is their blush called bora bora coral.  Its a beautiful coral color. Their packaging is so cute. I have seen the full size products carrying an application brush withing the packaging as well. Their costumer service is amazing . This one applied smoothly and pigmented. It blended well and did last a good while. Defintely worth checking out their full size ones.
Another item is the lipgloss by the brand vintage. The color I recieved is called pink sequin. Its so cute and the color is so my taste. Its a wonderful glitter gloss that is not sticky at all. Wears really nicely alone or ontop of a nude. Im not sure if it is just me but I even felt a tingle and saw  small plump to the lips. I loved that when it begins to fade you do not get that itchy left over glitter feeling.

Next is the It bye bye undereye corrector. I will admit the last time I recieved their bb cream ipsy sent me the wrong color. This one came in light and worked well.  Its thick and full coverage, just like I like my comcealer to be. I disliked that it creased but with a good powder you might not get the same effect. The best way to apply is by first applying to the back of the hand and rubbing to warm up. Once it turns soft apply it to the undereye. Worked great for me. And did help my dark circles.

And finally the cake hand repair cream. The packaging is cute and though I am not a big fan of hand creams..this one won me over. Very moisturizing and smelled of vanilla. Its a thick cream but you dont need to rub extra to get it to sink in. This one was my favorite and will most likely be traveling with me everywhere till I run out and repurchase.

Over all the bag alone is worth it too dont you think? Looks beautiful. Ill probably stick this one in my bag as well. Dont forget to check them out and thanks again. Ladies for reading and checking in. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Have a great rest of your sunday.

Too Faced unicorn tears lipstick

My first too faced lipstick. The price always pushes me away me from buying. But this specific lipstick had me frantically searching my local Ulta and Sephora. I got lucky at Ulta. For a $22 lipstick this is beautiful and totally worth it. At first glance you expect it would go on light blue right? Wrong! You can not even tell it will be a metallic lipstick or that you will even get some pink from it.             When I first saw swatches on instagram I knew I needed this baby in my life. I love unique lipsticks. It goes on a light pink tint topped with metallic blue with a little bit of purple shimmer.  The shine on this baby is unexplainable. Its a lipstick that screams futuristic, artistic and girly all at once in my opinion. I love it. You can not feel the shimmer even after it begins to fade. You even forget your wearing a lipstick.             ...

Earth Henna Not ready to commit to a tattoo?  If you are like me you can still have fun with temporary ink on the skin but done in the safest way then you need to try this! I received this premium kit from a company called Earth henna ( Here is the link to their website) A bit about this company is they have a store in Santa Monica Blvd, California. On their website you can find regular henna kits, or jagua and white henna kits. Every year part of their proceeds go to A Matses village in Peru to help provide them with water wells, medication, and other health care needs.
